Good afternoon Jan and David,

Thanks for a job well done from the inspection to the quote, to the installation. Products, warranties and work scope were covered clearly.

Installation date was provided and the work began and was completed on the same day. Follow up inspection coming within the week from the owner David.

Alton and Erick did the removal of the old furnace and the installation of the new unit. No reminders were left that any work had been done. (Carpets and stairs were covered and everything removed and hauled away) They were courteous, thoughtful and neat about their work which required some gas line, exhaust piping, and metal work modifications. Erick took time to explain the operation of the furnace and the new thermostat, and Alton covered the media filter and the proper flow of the air in correlation with the filter placement.

Jan and Theresa were always available and helpful by phone, and they had the warranty paperwork completed and filed when I stopped to pay for the work.

We had used Kelly’s to install two new furnaces on a new home we had built and on another home we own, and we were pleased with their workmanship and integrity both then and now!

Hoping to have them service their work on an ongoing basis!
